I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone about a very positive experience I had with Keith Bailey this past week. I am a newbie condo investor with some commercial real estate experience, and I have been exploring purchasing a vacation rental condo in the Destin area. I found Keith via a real estate website and we spoke on the phone quickly thereafter. Keith was very professional and took the time to educate me on all the ins and outs of vacation condo ownership. He took quite a bit of time to research properties that would be a good fit for me and sent them to me along with his cash flow analysis for each property. I flew down to meet Keith this past Saturday and he took me around to view some of the condos we thought would be a good fit.
